  13. USEAL attaches an unforgable SEAL to an archive.

  15. A seal contains 3 lines of text:
  16. The first line contains the identification of the person/company and a
  17. serial number, the second line contains the address of this
  18. person/company, the third line may contain free format information.

  55. To reduce the possibility of false SEALs, the diskette containing the
  56. personalized USEAL will be sent to the address specified in line 2, NOT
  57. to the address specified on top of the form. It is possible to order
  58. USEAL for someone else, but it is not possible to receive the actual
  59. USEAL disk at a different address than specified in the SEAL.
